e-Learning Level 2 Food Safety
The Highfield e-learning Food Safety level 2 course is ideal for anyone who works where food is cooked, prepared or handled.
Although it does not provide a qualification on its own, it does meet all legal requirements and offers full compliance for high-risk food handlers.
Level 2 Food Safety Training
This level 2 course meets the basic legal requirements of people preparing, storing and disposing of pre-packed food and food that requires handling and cooking.
This course can be carried out in a variety of environments including catering, manufacturing and retail. Training can be offered at our centre for individuals or at your location for a group of staff.
Level 3 Food Safety for Supervisors and Managers
This level 3 course meets the basic legal requirements of people supervising the handling, cooking, chilling, storing and disposal of food.
This may be a head chef within a restaurant or possibly food and beverage management. They will learn about compliance, monitoring, management procedures, contamination, microbiology and temperature control.
Level 2 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
HACCP can be applied to any food process or operation from preparing a sandwich to serving cooked chicken in a supermarket or producing ready meals in a factory.
You will explore the procedures required to develop food safety management systems based on HACCP principles.
Level 3 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
HACCP training is suited to supervisors and managers within the food industry, who already hold a level 3 or level 4 food safety qualification as a means of demonstrating CPD.
This can be delivered to your team at your location or at our centre. It may also suit some enforcement officers who mainly inspect catering premises.
