Terms and Conditions - The small print.

To ensure your experience with us is of the highest quality, below is our very simple and fair terms and conditions.

Booking Notice and Payment

  • To confirm any booking for training, you will be required to complete and return a booking form prior to the commencement of training. Once received, you will receive an invoice which needs to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training course (unless your company has an authorised credit account with us then this would be on payment net 30)
  • Payment is to be made under these term by BAC’s/Cheque/Payment Card/Cash in the agreed period.
  • Any late payments on the balance will be charged at 10% of the total cost per week past the due date.

Physical fitness and age restrictions

  • It is vital that students are physically able to participate in training. First Aid training in particular does require students to get down onto the floor to carry out related activities.

Cancellation Notice

Should you need to cancel your place on the training course, we will need to know as soon as possible in writing, via email to

If you cancelled at:

  • More than four weeks’ notice, a full refund will be given.
  • Three weeks’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total amount.
  • Two weeks’ notice will be charged at 75% of the total amount.
  • One week or less will be charged the total amount of the invoice.

  • We will, as a training establishment, ensure you receive “up to the minute” information within the legislation, medical guidelines, and all other respected authorities.
  • We are fully insured with Public/Employer/Professional Indemnity/Liability Insurance.
  • All presentations and hand-outs used are the intellectual property of In Safe Hands and its tutors; therefore no replications of the above will be handed over to clients other than those required by course students (only in the case of hand-outs).
  • Your data is safe with us; we are registered with the information commissioner’s office and are subject to that authority’s rules and regulations.

As a company we always are looking for ways to improve our service. If you feel we have areas for improvement, or have any suggestions regarding course content or delivery, please ensure you highlight this on our course evaluation form or speak to us directly. In the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint, please in the first instant, write to us explaining the issue and we will contact you immediately.
