HELLO, THE HUB IS BACK!
It’s been a little while since we last shared an update with you…
But don’t fret, behind the scenes there’s been plenty going on. As we look ahead, we’re committed to getting our updates back up and running and sharing more of what’s happening across our business, our industry and the people we work with.
So, let me re-introduce you to The Hub – our place to share the latest news, developments, stories and insights from the team.

WHAT’S NEW?
There’s plenty to look forward to over the coming months.
One of the biggest things we’re excited to share is a four-part series celebrating 20 years of In Safe Hands.
Twenty years is a significant milestone, and rather simply looking back at the numbers, we want to tell the story behind them – the people, the challenges, the changes in our industry and some of the moments that have shaped who we are today.

Over this celebratory year, we’ll be taking a look back at our journey through four different chapters.

This is our chance to celebrate In Safe Hands Training and for you to be a part of our story.
Part one to be expected late October …
INDUSTRY UPDATE
The industry is continually evolving, and staying up to date is an important part of what we do.
One recent development is from September Benedict’s Law will be applicable to all educational settings in England We will be digging more into this development at the end of this month.
Also, Catastrophic Bleed Management from March 2027 will become mandatory elements of our First Aid courses. We will be digging more into this in January 2027.
Changes like these highlight the importance of ensuring training continues to reflect current expectation, guidance and best practice. We’ll continue to keep you updated on developments that could affect you, your organisation or your training requirements.

Joel and Sam were both amazing at making you feel relaxed and un-panicked regarding the first aid course. I came away feeling that ‘I can do this’ rather than, ‘please nobody ever ask me if I’m first aid trained!!’ I can’t thank them enough.”
For us, feedback like this is a reminder of why the work we do matters. Whether it’s helping someone feel more confident, giving them the skills to respond in an emergency or simply making training engaging and memorable, it’s great to know we’re making a difference.
HEROES OF THE MONTH
Every now and again, we’ll be shining a spotlight on someone who has gone above and beyond.
This could be someone who has used their training in a real-life emergency, a member of our team who deserves recognition, or simply someone doing something brilliant in the community.
