Who will I be taught by?

You will be supported and mentored by one of our team of adult educators. They will have delivered training in their specialist area for a number of years and hold a degree level teaching qualification (level 5 or 6). They have the skills and experience to get the very best from the candidates on the Level 3 in Education and Training Course. This ensures the time spent with us is not only constructive from gaining a qualification but also confidence in moving forward and delivering training.

In Safe Hands has a unique facility for training. Known as the ‘Simulation Centre’ students are taught in a multi environment setting. This includes a Kitchen, Bar Area, Lounge, Car, Outdoor area, Bathroom, Bedroom, and a Children’s play area. This allows courses to be facilitated, not just ‘in the classroom’ but in working arenas similar to that of their working environment.

It’s very much a fact of life that we learn by experience, which is why our training is more experience led.
