On arrival, all Learners will be screened to exclude anyone exhibiting COVID 19 symptoms which are a new continuous cough and/or a temperature >37.8oC and/or a loss of taste/smell.
Daily temperature check will be carries out on Learners and staff members to ensure everyone’s safety.
Learners will be seated 2 metres apart; some class sizes have been reduced to accommodate this and arrival times have been staggered to prevent a gathering of people.
You will be asked to thoroughly sanitise your hands before entering the building and will be offered PPE ie a face shield visor, safety goggles and gloves.
Handwashing facilities are available, and we encourage you to wash your hands regularly. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout your training day and we have put together an increased cleaning schedule for a safer environment.
If you need to cough/sneeze this should be done into a tissue that is disposed of immediately. Failing that you should cough into a bent elbow (better than a bare hand) and NEVER cough/ sneeze without covering your mouth/nose. If you cough on your hand or use a tissue you should use alcohol wipes/sanitizer immediately.
We are following Government guidelines, guidance on training from our governing body ,Qualsafe Awards as well as guidance from the Resuscitation Council UK and believe that we meet all guidelines to provide a safe environment to all who enter the building. We ask that Learners take advantage of the PPE supplied, keep 2 meters apart, wash your hands regularly, cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow and sanitise as often as possible.
For the safety of Learners and staff, failure to comply with the above mentioned guidance, you will be asked to leave and will not be issued a refund.
